Q: I forgot my username/password
A: Your login information was emailed to you at the time of sign up. Check your emails for the subscription confirmation. Also you can look up your login information directly from CCBill at: https://support.ccbill.com/

Q: "You have entered a bad username or password." error message when logging into the Member's Area.
A: Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so make sure that you enter both exactly as you specified at the time of sign up. After 3 failed login attempts, the security system will lock you out. It will reset after 30 minutes. Wait and try again. If it still doesn't work, contact us.

Q: Can I view content on my mobile devices (iPhone/Androids) or tablets (iPads)?
A: Yes, the site is optimized to be viewed on mobile devices and tablets. If you find a technical issue or it doesn't work on your device please contact us .

Q: What do I get when I sign up as a member?
A: You get access to all the photos and videos of the sets in currently shown on the main page and sets page. Older videos are rotated offline and will be rotated back online again at a later date.

Q: Will I get emails if I sign up as a member?
A: We usually do not send out emails to members. The only time we will email you is if there is a problem with your membership or login.

Q: What will show up on my credit card statement when I sign up as a member?
A: To protect your privacy, any charges will discreetly display as:

Q: As a member, can I download videos and photos?
A: Yes, members can download all current videos and photos from the member's area.

Q: How do you download the videos?
A: There are a couple ways to do this. Method 1 - Right click on any video or video-link and select "save video as" or "save link as", then save to your computer.  Method 2 - In your browser's video-player, click the three dots button (...) in the lower right hand corner and select "download"

Q: How long are the videos?
A: Each sets running time can be seen on the sets preview image on the main page or sets page. Most sets have videos divided into several videos.

Q: What format are the videos?
A: All videos are in MP4 format and can be streamed or downloaded. Videos are available in high definition (1920x1080) and Wide-Screen Standard definition (852x480) You do not need any special codecs or plug-ins to view videos.

Q: Can I contact the girls on the site?
A: We do not give out any information on the models featured on this site.

Q: Can I request custom video or photos?
A: No, we do not make custom videos or photos. However, suggestions and feedback are always welcome.
